Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation:Clients may request to cancel a project within [e.g., 48 hours] of the initial payment for a full refund, provided work has not commenced.Once work has started (e.g., discovery phase, initial designs), a prorated refund may be offered based on the hours already invested.
2. Refund Eligibility:Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as defined in the Project Service Agreement.Refunds are not provided for "change of mind" once a project milestone has been approved by the client.
3. Processing:Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.The refund process typically takes [e.g., 5–10] business days to reflect in your account.
